All vacation packages offer expires 12 months from date of purchase. To be eligible for this offer you must be at least 21 years of age and gainfully employed. Travelers will be responsible to pay state sales tax, resort taxes, nominal port fee, telephone or any other incidental charges. The client agrees to accept responsibility for charges incurred over and above those provided by this agreement.
This Vacation package is transferable to persons over the age of 21 who meets the same qualifications and agrees to meet the Details of Participation stated herein. All reservations are subject to availability for your protection and may be made by mail or fax using the reservation request form. Expedix Travels should receive the reservation request form at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival date. All room accommodations are subject to availability. All accommodations are in a hotel in the resort area. Most resort destinations require a major credit card upon check-in. Contact Customer Service to change or reschedule your confirmed reservations. You must submit the Reservation Form BEFORE twelve (12) months from the date of purchase as shown on the reverse side of this form.
The value of this offer varies depending on seasonal rates. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash and is good for stated services only as defined herein. No cash value applies for any unused portion of this package. Expedix Travels is an independent contractor and is not responsible for any claims arising from the regular business operations of the hotels, cruise lines, or tour operators with which it contracts. Expedix Travels is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to nature, strikes or Acts of God.
