• After I decide the dates that I travel what do I do?
• You may travel anytime with a 90 day advance notice. Reservations may be requested with less than 60 days and are booked based on availability. |
• Why do I need to pay $65 person for one vacation package?
• $65 per person is for the registration/processing fee. |
• Do I have to take the destinations all at one time?
• No. You may split the vacation destinations into separate trips if you choose within a year. |
• Do I have to give you my travel dates when I purchase?
• No. You have 12 months to travel. This time can be extended in increments of 6 months, by contacting Customer Care |
• Are the promotional vacation packages transferable?
• Yes, It is fully transferable to any other traveller 21 years of age or older. |
• What will I need to bring to check in at the hotel/resort?
• You will need to a form of ID such as a Drivers License and a major credit card. |
• If I have more than 4 people in my party, can we still travel?
• Yes. Larger suites are also available if you choose through Customer Care. Some of our vacation packages are limited up to 4 people. |
• How long do we need wait to receive the booking form?
• Once we received $65 per person for the registration/processing fee with your mailing address, we will send you the booking form in 7 to 10 business days. |
• How do we pay for our vacation package?
• When you received the booking form, you will need to select a date of travel then submit the booking form with the money for your vacation package. |
• How long will we have to wait to receive a confirmation?
• Once we received your booking forms with dates, we will book your reservation date and email you the itinerary about 45 days prior to travel |
• Can I contact my own travel agency directly to get vacation package?
• Sure, but you will find their vacation packages price are higher than ours. We offer 25-75% OFF vacation packages! |
